Electrical Shift Supervisor

As a Shift Supervisor at IG3 Infra in Chennai, Thoraipakkam, you will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day operations at the IT Park. • *Key Responsibilities:**
• Supervise and manage all shift activities at the site to ensure uninterrupted operation of electrical and facility systems
• Monitor equipment performance and system parameters for optimal functioning
• Lead and guide technicians and operators during shifts, allocate tasks, and maintain discipline, attendance, and performance of the team
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities, attend breakdowns, and coordinate with vendors for major repairs
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, conduct safety checks, maintain compliance with statutory guidelines, and communicate issues to management
• Facilitate proper shift handover, maintain documentation, logs, reports, and incident records, and coordinate with clients for smooth operations
• *Qualifications Required:**
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems including HT/LT, UPS, DG, etc.
• Good leadership and team management skills
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
