Job Summary

Reporting to the Director, Marketing & Communication, the Digital Marketing Intern will support the marketing team with day-to-day execution across content, campaigns, and reporting. This role is ideal for someone who has a fresh perspective on content creation, who is organized, curious, and excited to learn by doing!

Day-to-day

• Supporting daily digital marketing operations
• Creating content for web, blog, and thought leadership pieces
• Helping develop case studies and customer success stories for digital channels
• Publishing and scheduling content across social media and digital platforms
• Assisting with landing pages, digital ads, and campaign creative
• Supporting email marketing campaigns and lead nurture flows
• Contributing to SEO, on-page optimization, and content distribution
• Using AI tools to support content creation, copywriting, and A/B testing
• Exploring new AI and martech tools to improve campaign performance
• Tracking campaign metrics, channel performance, and conversion data

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a college or university program!
• Strong written communication and attention to detail
• Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets; able to work with data and basic reporting
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks at once
• Comfortable learning new tools and working in a fast-paced environment
