Learning Consultant – Instructional Design

Location: Fond-du-Lac

We are seeking experienced Learning Consultants to support enterprise learning initiatives focused on mandatory training, digital learning enhancements, and modernization programs. This role is responsible for designing and delivering high-quality learning solutions that enhance employee performance and align with organizational goals. The ideal candidate brings strong instructional design expertise, experience working with adult learners, and the ability to manage multiple learning projects in a fast-paced environment.

This is a 5-month contract, with potential extension and possible conversion.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging learning solutions including e-learning, instructor-led, and self-guided training materials
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify performance gaps and recommend learning strategies
• Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather requirements and define learning objectives
• Create storyboards, instructional strategies, and multimedia learning content (audio, video, animation)
• Develop content using authoring tools such as Articulate 360 (Rise & Storyline)
• Manage multiple learning projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives
• Monitor effectiveness of learning programs and implement improvements based on feedback and performance metrics

Must-Have Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in instructional design and learning solution development
• Hands-on experience with Articulate 360 (Rise & Storyline)
• Strong expertise in Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and adult learning principles
• Experience working with Workday LMS
• Solid project management skills with ability to manage multiple deliverables
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Adobe Captivate
• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro or other multimedia tools
• Background in Adult Education or Instructional Design
