Instructional Design Learning Consultant Role

We seek experienced Learning Consultants to lead the charge in creating high-quality training programs. Candidates should excel in instructional design, adult learning principles, and effectively manage multiple learning projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Design e-learning, instructor-led, and self-guided training materials
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis to identify performance gaps
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define learning objectives
• Create storyboards and multimedia learning content
• Develop content using Articulate 360 tools
• Manage multiple projects ensuring timely delivery
• Monitor learning programs' effectiveness and recommend improvements

Requirements

• 5+ years in instructional design and learning development
• Hands-on experience with Articulate 360
• Expertise in Training Needs Analysis and adult learning
• Experience with Workday LMS
• Strong project management and communication skills
