Position: Instructional Design Learning Consultant Role

Elevate enterprise training initiatives as a Learning Consultant focusing on instructional design for mandatory training and digital enhancements. This 5-month contract role demands innovation and efficiency in developing learning solutions.

We seek experienced Learning Consultants to lead the charge in creating high-quality training programs. Candidates should excel in instructional design, adult learning principles, and effectively manage multiple learning projects. You'll work closely with stakeholders to develop engaging content that enhances employee performance and meets organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design e-learning, instructor-led, and self-guided training materials
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis to identify performance gaps
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define learning objectives
• Create storyboards and multimedia learning content
• Develop content using Articulate 360 tools
• Manage multiple projects ensuring timely delivery
• Monitor learning programs' effectiveness and recommend improvements

Requirements

• 5+ years in instructional design and learning development
• Hands-on experience with Articulate 360
• Expertise in Training Needs Analysis and adult learning
• Experience with Workday LMS
• Strong project management and communication skills
