Job Role: Sales Manager - 2-wheeler loan

Job Purpose: The Sales Manager – Two-Wheeler Loans is responsible for acquiring new customers for two-wheeler loans across designated branches in India. This role involves direct customer interaction, explaining and selling banking products, and ensuring best-in-class service delivery. The role holder will supervise catchment mapping, gather customer feedback, and identify potential business opportunities. The position is key to driving client acquisition, deepening customer relationships, and maximizing lifetime customer value in alignment with the bank’s strategic goals.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Acquire new customers for two-wheeler loans within the identified segment and catchment area.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly targets for new customer acquisition by analyzing customer needs.
- Provide regular feedback to Relationship Managers on customer requirements and business opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to selling norms and standard operating procedures (SOPs) defined by the organization.
- Maintain strict compliance with internal policies and external regulatory guidelines.
- Ensure high-quality sourcing in line with the bank’s standards and policies.
- Mentor and coach team members to instill a culture of customer centricity, innovation, compliance, and integrity.
- Foster an environment focused on automation and digital enablement to meet customer needs effectively.

Education: Any Graduate
