(i) 8+ years of analytics experience

(ii) Deep Power BI, Tableau technical development skills and expertise

(iii) Ability to operate independently

(iv) Supplier consultants will be experienced in requirements gatheringuser stories development, data visualization, and technical skills for report building. Consultant should be proficient in understanding business problems and devising reporting solutions including consolidating and creating new reports. Skill sets include but are not limited to:

(a) Data analysis and data profiling

(b) Requirement elicitation and documentation of reporting requirements

(c) Agile Delivery (d) Power BI Development based on sprint lifecycle including

(e) Grooming of user stories.

(f) Sprint planning.

(g) Sprint execution.

(h) Release to production.

(i) Sprint retrospection.

(j) SQL and Data Validations

(k) Familiarity with ETL process and tools such as Alteryx

(l) Building scientific and mathematical models using modern technology and machine learning techniques for business analysis.

(m) Automate the reports to eliminate the current manual work and improve effectiveness, accuracy and efficiencies
