Job Mission
Lead and scale Hoora’s multi-vertical business ecosystem by owning the complete revenue lifecycle across Doorstep Car Services (B2C), Vehicle Care, D2C, Challan Services, Garage Aggregation, New & Used Car Sales, and Insurance.
Drive end-to-end growth strategy, execution, and profitability across all verticals from demand generation and supply expansion to customer retention and monetization. Build a unified, high-performing revenue engine that integrates multiple business lines into a seamless, tech-enabled vehicle ownership ecosystem.
The role requires overseeing and scaling operations at a national level, benchmarking against leading players in auto tech/autocare , while building Hoora into a category-defining platform for vehicle care and ownership in India.
Key Responsibilities

- Revenue & Growth
- Define and execute revenue strategy across Insurance, D2C, and B2C.
- Own KPIs: revenue, CAC, CLTV, and growth targets.
- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue performance.
- Business Leadership
- Lead cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product, partnerships).
- Build a high-performance, accountable culture.
- Align product and tech with customer-centric growth.
- Sales & Distribution
- Scale B2C and D2C channels (online, offline, affiliates, aggregators).
- Build new distribution models (agency, partnerships, micro-markets).
- Expand into new markets and customer segments.
- Marketing & Acquisition
- Own acquisition strategy across performance, CRM, and brand.
- Optimize CAC-to-LTV across all channels.
- Drive retention, cross-sell, and customer lifecycle growth.
- Partnerships
- Build and manage partnerships with insurers, fintechs, and platforms.
- Lead commercial negotiations for expansion.
- Financial & Operations
- Own P&L, forecasting, and business planning.
- Drive data-led decision-making across functions.
- Ensure regulatory compliance (insurance & distribution).
Ideal Candidate Profile
•
- Experience: 10+ years in Auto Tech, Auto Care, Insurance, Insurtech, BFSI, or D2C/B2C.
- Proven track record in scaling revenue and leading teams.
- Experience managing both online and offline sales channels.
- Skills: Strong strategic thinking with execution focus.
- Expertise in GTM, P&L, and digital growth.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
