Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Workday HCM and Compensation Specialist, you will leverage your consulting expertise and knowledge of packaged solutions to configure systems that meet client objectives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Plan and Configure Solutions: Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and configure Workday's core HCM and compensation modules, aligning solutions with their business strategies.
- Deliver Implementation Projects: Take the lead on implementing Workday HCM and Compensation solutions, conducting fit analysis, performing unit tests, and providing post-deployment support to ensure successful integration.
- Resolve Configuration Issues: Utilize your deep understanding of Workday solutions to troubleshoot and resolve any configuration or functional challenges across the core HCM and compensation modules.
- Collaborate with Clients: Engage with clients to comprehend their business needs, offer best practice guidance, and ensure that the solutions effectively address their requirements.
- Provide Ongoing Support: Assist clients post-implementation by addressing any issues and adapting the Workday solution to meet their evolving requirements.
This position can be performed from anywhere in the US.
