Part-Time Faculty – Hospitality, Tourism & Front Office

Job Summary

We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Part-Time Faculty for Hospitality, Tourism, and Front Office Management to provide industry-oriented training to students. The ideal candidate should possess strong domain expertise and a passion for teaching, helping students develop the skills required for successful careers in the hospitality and tourism sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging theoretical and practical sessions on Hospitality, Tourism, and Front Office Operations.
• Train students in guest relations, customer service, reservation procedures, and professional etiquette.
• Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and assessments.
• Conduct practical demonstrations, role plays, and industry-oriented training sessions.
• Guide students in communication skills, grooming standards, and personality development.
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Conduct mock interviews and placement preparation sessions.
• Maintain attendance records and submit academic progress reports as required.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, Travel & Tourism, or a related field.
• Freshers can also apply
• Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
• Ability to deliver practical and industry-focused training.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in hotel front office operations, travel consultancy, tourism services, or customer relationship management.
• Knowledge of hospitality standards and industry best practices.
• Strong mentoring and student engagement abilities.
