About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our retail showroom specializing in furniture and home décor. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of aesthetics, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist walk-in customers in selecting furniture and home décor products based on their needs, preferences, and space requirements
• Provide detailed product knowledge, including materials, finishes, features, and customization options
• Actively engage customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable solutions
• Drive showroom sales by achieving individual and team targets
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the showroom is well-organized and presentable
• Coordinate with backend teams for order processing, delivery timelines, and customer follow-ups
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Stay updated on latest furniture trends, designs, and market offerings
• Qualification:

🎓 Graduate in any discipline (Retail/Sales preferred)

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in furniture, home décor.
• Strong English communication and convincing skills
• Customer-centric approach with a pleasing personality
• Basic understanding of interior styling or space planning is an added advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and flexible shifts
