**Role Overview:**

At SAP, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing new business from existing and net new Power Utilities customers. As an Industry Expert or Program Lead, your primary focus will be on bringing a Point of View to the customer engagement and using all available resources to solve customer problems with appropriate SAP Solutions. You will play a crucial role in achieving and exceeding annual revenue targets, aligning SAP Cloud/SaaS solutions with customer strategic objectives, and developing best practice account plans for sustainable growth.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Achieve/exceed quota targets for annual revenue
  • Develop sales strategies to align SAP Cloud/SaaS solutions with customer strategic objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships in new and existing customers to drive complex strategies through global organizations
  • Establish strong relationships based on knowledge of customer requirements and commitment to value
  • Actively understand each customer's technology footprint, strategic growth plans, and competitive landscape
  • Lead designated territory, including accounts, prospect profiling, and sales cycles
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive business plans to address customer priorities and pain points
  • Maintain a rolling pipeline and leverage support organizations to funnel pipeline into the assigned territory
  • Be proficient in all SAP offers and bring them to bear on sales pursuits
  • Advance and close sales opportunities through successful execution of the sales strategy
  • Build and share best practice sales and negotiation skills
  • Mentor Associate/Senior Account Executives and demonstrate leadership skills in remote team orchestration
  • Ensure account teams and partners are well versed in each account's strategy and well positioned for customer touch points and events
  • *Qualifications Required:**
  • 20+ years of experience in sales of complex business software/IT solutions
  • Proven track record in business application software sales
  • Experience in a lead role of a team selling environment
  • Exceptional contractual and negotiation skills
  • Business level English fluency
  • Fluent local language at a business level
  • Bachelor's equivalent education
