Role Overview:

As a TA Manager (Ops hiring) at hy: Tech and Consulting, you will play a crucial role in managing the full life cycle of recruitment. Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating with leadership and hiring managers to identify talent needs, sourcing and attracting top talents, optimizing recruiting strategies, performing candidate assessments, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. You will also be involved in fostering employer branding initiatives and implementing innovative hiring strategies tailored to operational requirements. Preferably, you should have experience in BPO industry talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with leadership and hiring managers to identify organizational talent needs
  • Source and attract top talents for operational roles
  • Optimize recruiting strategies to meet high-volume requirements with quick turnaround time
  • Perform candidate assessments and conduct interviews
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Foster employer branding initiatives and implement innovative hiring strategies
  • Build relationships with hiring managers and partners to effectively communicate job requirements
  • Utilize recruitment metrics and reporting for process optimization

Qualifications Required:

  • Excellent Communication Skills and ability to work effectively in a team
  • Proficiency in Full-Life Cycle Recruiting and talent acquisition strategies
  • Strong skills in Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing, and Recruiting candidates for diverse operational roles
  • Ability to manage high volume requirements with quick TAT
  • Understanding of recruitment metrics and reporting for process optimization
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
  • Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities
