ROLE SUMMARY

Rock Tumblerz teachers are not traditional teachers. They are: - Warm co-regulators - Emotionally intelligent guides - Movement-friendly facilitators - Sensory-aware observers - Storytellers and imagination supporters

Teachers help children learn through movement, sensory play, rhythm, imagination, and gentle guidance — not worksheets.

⭐ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Classroom Facilitation (Movement + Sensory + EI)

• Conduct daily activities as trained
• Follow scripts and activity flow
• Maintain predictable classroom rhythm
• Ensure gentle behaviour guidance (no scolding) Support children emotionally and physically
• Use movement, sensory play, and imagination
• Follow Rock Tumblerz pedagogy 100%
• Parent Communication (Limited Scope)
• Professional Conduct
• Use soft tone with children
• Maintain personal hygiene and professionalism Follow centre rules and routines
• Coordinate with centre head and trainer

⭐ QUALIFICATIONS

Preferred: - Graduate (any stream) - Early Childhood Education training (bonus) - Arts stream bonus- Experience with children

• Warm and gentle communication
• Good energy with children
• Comfortable with movement (jumping, crawling, dancing)
• Patience and emotional regulation
• Teamwork
• Ability to follow trainer instructions strictly
