- Collaborate with global teams to ensure India performance is explained using various data models.
- Play a critical role in investment decisions and projects.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and working capital summaries.
- Conduct variance analysis and reconciliation of key accounts.
- Support the development of budgets and forecasts, aligning cost trends with business needs.
- Monitor and report on key financial metrics to drive performance improvements.
- Identify and implement initiatives to optimize financial processes and reporting accuracy.
- Promote financial understanding and provide insights to non-finance stakeholders to support business decisions.
- *Qualifications Required:**
- CA/CWA/MBA qualification.
- 10-15 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
- Strong understanding of Business Processes.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, Power BI, Cosmos, and advanced Excel/Microsoft tools.
- Experience in project business controlling is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
