As a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, your role is crucial in acting as a trusted financial advisor to the business. You will deliver forward-looking insights, rigorous financial analysis, and proactive performance management to enable strategic planning, resource optimization, and informed decision-making. • *Key Responsibilities:**
• Utilize Business Analytics to drive business decisions through quality Data Analytics.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure India performance is explained using various data models.
• Play a critical role in investment decisions and projects.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and working capital summaries.
• Conduct variance analysis and reconciliation of key accounts.
• Support the development of budgets and forecasts, aligning cost trends with business needs.
• Monitor and report on key financial metrics to drive performance improvements.
• Identify and implement initiatives to optimize financial processes and reporting accuracy.
• Promote financial understanding and provide insights to non-finance stakeholders to support business decisions.
• *Qualifications Required:**
• CA/CWA/MBA qualification.
• 10-15 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Strong understanding of Business Processes.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, Power BI, Cosmos, and advanced Excel/Microsoft tools.
• Experience in project business controlling is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
