Lean Manufacturing Industrial Engineer

Enhance operational efficiency as an Industrial Engineer specializing in Lean Manufacturing. Drive continuous improvement and eliminate waste while collaborating across teams in a hands-on, data-driven environment.

In this full-time role, you will partner with production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain to optimize processes and reduce costs. You will lead projects, enhance product flow, and focus on elevating the first-pass yield. The ideal candidate is effective at coaching teams and sustaining gains in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead kaizen events to achieve SQDCM targets
• Analyze process flows using time studies and data metrics
• Build dashboards to track CI benefits accurately
• Train teams in Lean fundamentals and problem-solving
• Support new product/process introductions for efficient ramp-ups

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in industrial or manufacturing engineering
• 3–7+ years in discrete manufacturing settings
• Proven success in Lean projects with measurable outcomes
• Strong analytical skills with data/statistical tools
• Excellent communication and coaching abilities
