What We Do:
Cybercrime is growing, and more businesses are getting hit by threats that used to target only the biggest organizations. That pushes defenders like us to operate at the highest level, and it deepens our need for good people who want to make a meaningful impact.
Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress is a remote-first team working to make enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to businesses of all sizes. We work closely with security teams and service providers protecting complex environments, often without the time or headcount to handle it all. That’s why we build our technology in-house and back it with a 24/7 human-led Security Operations Center (SOC). As a result, our platform is never disconnected from the experts who manage it, ensuring our customers' protection.
Huntress now secures more than 5M endpoints and 11M identities worldwide. Those numbers keep growing because more businesses rely on us to help carry the load and operate with more confidence. Every day, you can see that commitment in how we stand with our customers and how we show up for each other.
What You’ll Do:
Huntress is looking for a Principal Product Marketing Manager for the Huntress Agentic Security Platform. Huntress delivers a unified portfolio that includes Managed EDR, Managed ITDR, Managed SAT, Managed SIEM, and our growing posture management offerings, all powered by our 24/7 AI-assisted SOC. We are looking for a product marketer to take our platform positioning and messaging to the next level—articulating how agentic security, AI, and posture management come together to protect the underdogs, drive market awareness, and accelerate platform and product adoption.
The ideal candidate is passionate about cybersecurity, has a strong technical background, and a proven history of success in marketing cybersecurity and AI-driven security platforms.
This position is responsible for the primary aspects of product marketing for the Agentic Security Platform, including posture management, APIs, and integrations across our partner ecosystem. Key responsibilities include driving the platform GTM strategy, positioning and messaging, content creation, sales enablement, amplifying our world‑renowned threat experts, hunters, and SOC, and leading technical partner marketing activities. You will collaborate across the business, building strong relationships with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and the Security teams.
Responsibilities:
- GTM Strategy:
Develop, deliver, and evolve the go-to-market strategy for the Huntress Agentic Security Platform and posture management offerings, ensuring clear alignment across all products within the platform. - Positioning and Messaging:
Develop and evolve a compelling narrative and value proposition for the Agentic Security Platform—highlighting how agentic security, AI-driven insights, and continuous posture management deliver better outcomes for partners and customers. Build content and support campaigns that highlight the platform’s differentiators and benefits so Huntress stands out from the competition. - Product Launches:
Plan and launch new platform capabilities, agentic security workflows, APIs, and cross-product releases to the market. Partner closely with Product Management to translate roadmaps into clear launch strategies, messaging, and enablement. - Sales Enablement:
Be the subject matter expert and platform evangelist. Equip Sales and Partner teams to confidently tell the Agentic Security story. Develop training, tools, and programs that help drive pipeline, convert opportunities, and expand adoption within existing accounts. - Generate Awareness and Excitement in the Market:
Work with the Demand Generation, Brand, and Growth Marketing teams to hone the strategy and marketing programs that drive demand for the Agentic Security Platform capabilities. Be proactive in recognizing where the business needs marketing support and identify the most effective levers to pull. - Technical / Integration Partner Marketing:
Own GTM activities with technology partners for Huntress-built and partner-built integrations. Clearly communicate how integrations, APIs, and shared data enhance agentic security workflows and posture management, raise awareness of the value of building on the platform, and drive product adoption. - Amplify AI and Threat Expertise:
Showcase how Huntress combines human-led threat hunting with an AI-assisted SOC and agentic security framework. Turn complex AI capabilities, automated workflows, and posture insights into simple, outcomes-focused stories that resonate with MSPs, resellers, and security buyers.
What You Bring To The Team:
- 5+ years of product marketing experience in cybersecurity with strong knowledge of the industry, threat actor tradecraft, and tools.
- Demonstrated experience marketing a multi-product cybersecurity or AI-driven security platform and its technical capabilities (for example: posture management, APIs, cross-product workflows, dashboards, reporting, analytics).
- Direct experience with AI platforms in a B2B or security context, such as:
- Positioning and launching AI-powered or agentic security features and workflows.
- Partnering with data science, AI, or product teams to translate AI capabilities into customer value.
- Crafting messaging and content that explains AI outcomes, automation, and risk/posture insights for technical and non-technical audiences.
- A proven track record of creating positioning, messaging, assets, and supporting campaigns that stand out in the marketplace and resonate with prospects. You’re not afraid to push the envelope and try new things to help Huntress win new business.
- Experience leading integration and technology partner product marketing activities, especially where APIs, data sharing, and workflows are central to the value proposition.
- Strong emotional intelligence and a natural collaborator. You are a high‑performance self-starter who is always up for a challenge and takes ownership. You can work across teams and handle the ups and downs of a rapid-growth company as we scale.
- Strong spoken and written communication skills with an ability to break down complex concepts—like agentic security, AI-assisted operations, and posture management—into understandable messaging. Expertise collaborating with Marketing teams (Brand, Design, Web, and Content) to create a range of compelling and differentiated content (one-pagers, website content, whitepapers, demo videos, etc.).
- Demonstrable use of GenAI tools and AI-assisted workflows in product marketing (for example: research, content development, experimentation, market analysis, and testing messaging at scale).
- Comfortable creating and delivering presentations in a range of environments, with a talent for persuasive communication and storytelling around platform and AI-driven capabilities.
- Creativity, energy, enthusiasm, and a strong desire to put your stamp on the platform and make a big difference for Huntress and the customers we serve. You believe in the Huntress mission as much as we do—protecting the underdogs with powerful, accessible security.
- Experience with MSP or enterprise go-to-market strategies and offerings. Experience with resellers and VARs is desirable, especially in the context of platform and posture management adoption.
What We Offer:
- 100% remote work environment - since our founding in 2015
- Generous paid time off policy, including vacation, sick time, and paid holidays
- 12 weeks of paid parental leave
- Highly competitive and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits plans

- One-time $500 reimbursement for building/upgrading home office
- Annual allowance for education and professional development assistance
- $75 USD/month digital reimbursement
- Access to the BetterUp platform for coaching, personal, and professional growth
