Site Reliability Engineer – Elite Quant

Client: Quant Fund – Global collaborative firm run by passionate Computer Scientists

Salary: Up to 220,000 CAD + bonus + package/perks

Location: Montreal (Hybrid/Remote)

In this position, you’ll build and operate mission-critical platform infrastructure using modern DevOps practices. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll design, scale, and automate platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and self-service workflows — all with the goal of improving developer productivity and overall engineering experience

• Observability: Monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerts.
• Scheduling & Orchestration: HPC and container orchestration for high-compute workloads
• Developer Tools: CI/CD, version control, artifact management, and dev platforms.
• Middleware: Messaging, service discovery, and load balancing.
• Databases: Relational, NoSQL, and time-series systems.
• Automation: Infrastructure automation, configuration management, and self-service.
