Role Description
The Human Resources Manager will oversee and lead HR processes, specifically talent acquisition and organizational development. Key responsibilities include recruiting, managing performance appraisals, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role also involves fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting employee career growth. This is a full-time hybrid position based in Chandigarh, India.
Qualifications
- Robust knowledge and experience in talent acquisition and recruitment strategies
- Expertise in employee management and employee engagement programs
- Proficiency in HR policies, compliance, and labor laws
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Proven ability to develop and maintain a positive and collaborative workplace culture
- Experience in organizational development and change management
- Capacity for strategic decision-making and leadership within HR processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;
an advanced degree or HR certification is a plus
