Job Description

As a Business Development Executive/Sales Consultant reporting to the Sales Manager, your primary role will involve selling high-end hair care & Nail care products in the Salon qualified channel. Your responsibilities will include:

Visiting salons daily as per the coverage plan.

Planning education training in salons to build the market.

Delivering sales targets.

Managing relationships with existing salons/clients and distributors for handling relevant claims.

Identifying and converting recent accounts/clients into company salons.

Sharing secondary sales reports on a timely basis.

Planning and executing trade initiatives in the territory including salon visuals, beat plans, etc.

Handling customer issues or objections effectively.

You should possess the following skills:

Basic analytical skills

Excellent communication skills - verbal & written

Strong planning and follow-through abilities

Negotiation skills

Customer orientation

Basic MS Excel skills

To be eligible for this role, you should have:

Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience for Sales Associates and a minimum of 3-5 years' experience for Business Development Executives.

A minimum bachelor's degree from any recognized University in India with at least 1 year of experience. MBA freshers are also preferred.

Additionally, please note that a bike is compulsory for market work.
