Product Manager - Fixed Income

As the Fixed Income Product Manager for the Wealth business, your role involves managing and growing the fixed income product portfolio. You will be responsible for driving product strategy, collaborating with partners, and delivering innovative solutions for High Net Worth Individuals (HNI) and corporate treasuries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage fixed income products such as bonds, securitized debt, and corporate fixed deposits aligned with client needs and regulatory requirements.
• Drive revenue growth through product innovation and strategic initiatives.
• Lead Revenue, Net New Revenue (RNR) activities for the Fixed Income Business.
• Collaborate with fixed income partners for product design, pricing, and performance tracking.
• Visualize and develop various Management Information System (MIS) and automation opportunities.
• Develop and deliver training sessions for internal teams on new and existing fixed income products.

Qualifications Required:

• Ensure compliance with SEBI guidelines, product down sell, and internal governance standards.
• Possess strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.
