Senior SailPoint Developer (IAM Engineer – Identity Security Cloud)

About the Role

A major financial institution is expanding its Identity & Access Management (IAM) capabilities and is seeking a Senior SailPoint IdentityNow Developer to support ongoing modernization, application onboarding, and enterprise integration efforts. This role focuses on designing, configuring, and optimizing SailPoint IdentityNow / Identity Security Cloud (ISC) to support secure, scalable identity lifecycle management across the organization.

You will work closely with security, engineering, and application teams to deliver high?quality IAM solutions, automate provisioning workflows, and ensure compliance with enterprise security standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, manage, and enhance SailPoint IdentityNow / ISC components and services.
• Lead factory application onboarding, ensuring smooth integration and adherence to IdentityNow best practices.
• Build and maintain workflows, access policies, and automation within IdentityNow.
• Document processes, configurations, and operational procedures for ongoing support and audit readiness.
• Design and implement IdentityNow configurations aligned with business, security, and compliance requirements.
• Automate user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access management workflows.
• Troubleshoot complex IAM and access?related issues across integrated systems.
• Analyze audit logs and reports to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory security policies.
• Partner with IT, security, and application teams to ensure seamless integration with other enterprise security solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–10 years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM).
• Strong hands?on experience with SailPoint IdentityNow / Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
• Proven background in user provisioning, access governance, and RBAC.
• Strong understanding of security best practices, compliance requirements, and identity lifecycle processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem?solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex IAM issues.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to work independently and within cross?functional teams.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell is an asset (L3).
