IAM Engineer (SailPoint IdentityNow)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IAM Engineer with strong hands on expertise in SailPoint IdentityNow / Identity Security Cloud (ISC) to support a major financial services client. This role focuses on configuring, enhancing, and maintaining the SailPoint IdentityNow platform, ensuring secure and efficient identity lifecycle management across the organization.

You will work closely with security, engineering, and application teams to onboard new applications, automate provisioning workflows, troubleshoot complex access issues, and ensure compliance with enterprise security standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and manage SailPoint IdentityNow / ISC components and services.
• Lead and support factory application onboarding, ensuring smooth integration into the IdentityNow platform.
• Build and maintain workflows, access policies, and automation within IdentityNow.
• Document processes, configurations, and procedures for ongoing operations and audits.
• Design and implement IdentityNow configurations to meet evolving business and security requirements.
• Automate user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access management workflows.
• Troubleshoot complex IAM and access-related issues across integrated systems.
• Analyze audit logs and reports to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory security policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT and security teams to ensure seamless integration with other enterprise security solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityNow / Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
• Experience with application onboarding, workflow configuration, and IdentityNow best practices.
• Background in user provisioning, access governance, and identity lifecycle management.
• Ability to design and implement IAM solutions aligned with business needs.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for complex access and identity issues.
• Understanding of security best practices, audit requirements, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience partnering with IT, security, and application teams in a large enterprise environment.
• Scripting experience (Python, PowerShell) is a plus
