Job Title : Shift Associate- Technical Printing (Trainee/Jr. Supervisor)
Department : Extruder line Printing.
Location : Goa
Reports To : Printing Supervisor.
Job Description for Shift Associate- Technical (Trainee/Jr. Supervisor):
Required Skills & Knowledge
· Knowledge of:
o Coextruded tube manufacturing processes
o Screen printing on plastic tubes
o Hot foil stamping / hot foil printing
o Ink systems, screens, meshes, squeegees, and curing methods
o Print quality inspection and color matching
· Ability to perform machine setup and troubleshoot common printing issues.
Experience & qualifications:
· Basic Qualification : Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Printing Technology, Mechanical, Plastics, or related field preferred.
· Experience : 2–4 years of experience in screen printing and/or hot foil stamping operations.
Experience in tube manufacturing, cosmetic packaging, pharmaceutical packaging, FMCG packaging, or plastic packaging industries preferred.
No of Positions : 3 no’s
CTC will be up to 4 lakhs.
Shift Timing: Rotational (8am-4pm, 4pm-12am,12am-8am)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Benefits: Medical support up to 2L, Accidental Insurance up to 100x the Salary, Gratuity exclusive of salary, Transportation provided for all shifts.
Pay: Up to ₹550,000.00 per year
