Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a 2D Animation Creator based in Raipur. The 2D Animation Creator will develop engaging animations, explainer videos, and visual assets that communicate medical and health-related information clearly and accurately. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating storyboards, designing and animating 2D characters and elements, and producing motion graphics for digital platforms. The role involves collaborating with medical, marketing, and product teams to translate complex concepts into easy-to-understand visual narratives. The 2D Animation Creator will also refine assets based on feedback, maintain brand consistency across projects, and manage files and project timelines to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in 2D Animation and Animation principles, with the ability to produce smooth, clear, and engaging visual sequences.
• Experience with Storyboarding and visual planning to translate scripts and concepts into effective animated narratives.
• Skills in Graphics and Motion Graphics design for creating on-brand visual elements, icons, and animated infographics.
• Ability to use industry-standard animation and design software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools).
• Solid understanding of timing, pacing, composition, and visual storytelling, ideally with a portfolio demonstrating relevant work.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines on-site.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and incorporate feedback constructively.
• Degree, diploma, or equivalent training in Animation, Design, Media, or a related field is preferred; experience in healthcare or educational content is an advantage.
