We are seeking a highly detail-oriented HR Content Developer to join our remote team and assist with the development of premium-quality HR, Health & Safety, and Workplace Training resources.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys researching complex topics, writing clear and engaging content, and producing polished, publication-quality documents.
Key Responsibilities
- Research HR, workplace training, employment law, human rights, workplace investigations, and occupational health and safety topics
- Develop HR and Health & Safety toolkits, guides, manuals, templates, forms, checklists, and workplace resources
- Create and format professional Microsoft Word documents to publication standards
- Design professional PowerPoint presentations and training materials
- Write eLearning content, case studies, workplace scenarios, knowledge checks, and learner activities
- Edit, proofread, and quality-check content for accuracy, consistency, grammar, formatting, and style
- Follow established style guides and branding standards
- Ensure all materials are clear, accurate, practical, and professionally presented
QualificationsRequired
- Exceptional written communication skills
- Strong research and analytical abilities
- Advanced Microsoft Word skills
- Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Strong editing and proofreading skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Experience creating professional business documents and training materials
Preferred
- Background in Human Resources, Occupational Health & Safety, Adult Education, Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or a related field
- Experience developing workplace training materials
- Experience writing policies, procedures, manuals, guides, or toolkits
- Experience creating eLearning content
- HR or Health & Safety designation considered an asset

Compensation
