Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role involves managing various administrative tasks, coordinating projects, and serving as the first point of contact for clients. The Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in maintaining a professional and welcoming environment. WILLING TO TRAIN THE RIGHT PERSON!!

this is a full time job in the summer and part time the rest of the year.

Duties

  • Perform general office duties including data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings using Outlook Calendar.
  • Assist with project coordination by tracking deadlines and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Serve as the front desk representative, greeting visitors and handling inquiries with professionalism.
  • Maintain accurate records and assist in proofreading documents for clarity and accuracy.
  • Handle phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing inquiries to appropriate personnel.
  • Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in computer literacy with a strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with project coordination is preferred.
  • Familiarity with DocuSign or similar electronic signature platforms is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Attention to detail is essential for data entry and proofreading tasks.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role or office environment is advantageous.
