Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Writer role based in Moradabad. The Writer will develop clear, engaging, and accurate content about HP Workspace ProConnect’s services, products, and customer value propositions for a range of channels, including web pages, brochures, internal communications, and presentations. Day-to-day tasks include researching topics related to modern workplace management, interviewing internal stakeholders, drafting and revising copy, and aligning content with brand guidelines and tone of voice. The Writer will collaborate closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to translate technical information into accessible, customer-friendly narratives. The role also includes optimizing content for clarity and consistency, ensuring timely delivery of materials, and supporting campaigns, proposals, and customer documentation as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise, and engaging content for different audiences and formats.
• Ability to translate technical or IT-related concepts into accessible, benefit-focused language for non-technical readers.
• Experience in content planning and coordination, including gathering requirements from stakeholders and managing deadlines.
• Solid research capabilities to understand products, services, and market context, and to verify the accuracy of information.
• Familiarity with workplace technology, SaaS, or DaaS solutions, or a strong willingness and aptitude to learn about these domains.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English; additional language skills are a plus but not required.
• Comfort working on-site in Moradabad, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a structured, fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Commitment to inclusive, gender-neutral, and non-discriminatory communication in all produced content.
