Role Description The Healthcare Administrator is a full-time role based in Kolhapur with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site responsibilities with some work-from-home flexibility. This role is responsible for coordinating and managing day-to-day healthcare administration activities related to group insurance benefits, including enrollment, eligibility, claims support, and member services. The Healthcare Administrator will liaise with clients, employees, and insurers to resolve benefit questions, track documentation, maintain accurate records, and support compliance with relevant policies and procedures. Daily tasks include handling inquiries, preparing reports, supporting budgeting and cost tracking for benefit plans, and collaborating with internal teams to improve processes. The role also involves organizing training or orientation sessions on benefits and wellness resources, and providing empathetic support to members navigating healthcare or home care-related services.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, employees, and insurance partners.
• Experience or aptitude in Budgeting and basic financial tracking related to healthcare or employee benefits.
• Ability to deliver or coordinate Training sessions on benefits, policies, and healthcare resources for employees and stakeholders.
• Understanding of Home Care or care coordination concepts, with a focus on supporting individuals in accessing appropriate services.
• Relevant experience in healthcare administration, insurance, benefits coordination, or a related field.
• Diploma or degree in healthcare administration, business, insurance, or a related discipline preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, databases).
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
