As a Real Estate Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in purchasing homes for House Buyers of America. In this dynamic position, you will follow up on leads, assess property values, calculate repair costs, and close deals while conducting comprehensive due diligence on all acquisitions. This is a remote role but requires regular in-person meetings with clients and prospects, so flexibility for evenings and weekends is essential to meet seller needs and optimize deal flow.

Your Responsibilities:

• Follow up on leads, evaluate properties, analyze market comps, and acquire new homes.
• Negotiate property acquisitions and sales.
• Conduct thorough due diligence on all purchases and prepare contracts for ratification.
• Estimate necessary repairs and determine both ARV and As-Is property values.
• Meet with homeowners to present offers for their properties.
• Collaborate with realtors, buyers, lenders, and title companies during the closing process.

About You:

• You have 4+ years of sales experience.
• You consistently rank among the top 10% of sales staff in your previous positions.
• Excellent communication and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• You have a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas through phone interactions.
• A Bachelor's Degree or higher is preferred.

Compensation Range: $140,000-$220,000 per year (including base salary and bonuses/commission)
