<div class="fabric-5qovnk-root MuiBox-root css-9jay18" data-fabric-component="Flex"> <h3 class="jss-g93">Valuations Analyst- 100% Remote</h3> </div> <hr class="MuiDivider-root fabric-jcid1o-root MuiDivider-fullWidth MuiDivider-light MuiBox-root css-1vqlmj4" data-fabric-component="Divider"> <div class="jss-g97 jss-g106"> <div class="jss-g96 jss-g105"> <div id="descriptionWrapper" class="jss-g101 jss-g109"> <div class="BambooRichText jss-g102"> <p>House Buyers of America is looking for a 100% remote Valuations Analyst (VA) who will be responsible for valuing prospective deals and determining a scope of work for properties we acquire. &nbsp;The VA must be able to determine a reliable estimate of market value for prospective deals to be used by House Buyers of America in determining whether to acquire a residential property.&nbsp; In addition to acquisitions, the VA must also be able to determine a reliable pricing strategy to sell properties that have been acquired by House Buyers.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>What you will be doing:</p> <ul> <li>You will be responsible for determining the pricing strategy to maximize ROI for all of the properties that we acquire and determining the turnaround times for dispositions</li> <li>You will partner with the Sales and Construction Departments regarding pricing decisions, budget and the scope of work for the overall construction strategy</li> <li>You will be responsible for valuing properties across the entire US and ensuring the accuracy of all valuations</li> <li>You will be responsible for meeting the turnaround objectives for all valuations and&nbsp;ensuring that properties do not sit too long on the market</li> <li>You will handle multiple priorities and deadlines</li> <li>You will do anything else necessary to help the company meet its goals</li> </ul> <p>About You:</p> <ul> <li>You have 3 years minimum experience required in residential property valuations/underwriting</li> <li>You have an appraisal license or you have completed all appraisal coursework (preferred)</li> <li>You have a Bachelor’s degree (preferred)</li> <li>You have amazing computer skills and pick up new technology quickly!</li> </ul> <p>Why we are a great place to work:</p> <ul> <li>Our company is FULLY REMOTE!</li> <li>Our awesome company culture includes: competitive pay great benefits, great people, casual dress, team events, work hard/ play hard environment!</li> <li>Number of houses sold increased 119% in Q1 2026 vs Q1 2025</li> <li>Revenue increased 102% in Q1 2026 vs Q1 2025</li> <li>We’re continuing our nationwide expansion.
