<p>The Inside Sales/ Lead Manager is responsible for converting incoming prospects into leads. This is a high-volume pre-sales role requiring consistent follow-up with new leads.</p>
<p>What you will do:</p>
<ul>
<li>Answer inbound inquiries and prospect calls from web chat and call centers</li>
<li>Aggressive follow up on “after-hours” or missed calls</li>
<li>Utilize multiple methods of contact (text messaging, e-mails, phone calls) to reach prospective sellers</li>
<li>Set appointments for Real Estate Consultants to continue the sales process</li>
<li>Audit leads to ensure they’re followed up on appropriately</li>
<li>Assign leads that aren’t auto assigned to Real Estate Consultants</li>
<li>Follow up on aged leads</li>
<li>Provide general sales support</li>
</ul>
<p>About You:</p>
<ul>
<li>You have 2+ years of experience working in a high volume inbound/outbound call environment</li>
<li>You have followed up on leads to begin the lead qualification process</li>
<li>You have experience working with consumers/homeowners (preferred)</li>
<li>You have experience in real estate (preferred)</li>
<li>You have a Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)</li>
<li>You have experience in real estate (preferred)</li>
</ul>
