Role Description The International & Domestic Operation Manager for Travel is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. The role involves overseeing day-to-day international and domestic travel operations, including hotel bookings, ticketing, visa coordination, and end-to-end itinerary management for individual and corporate clients. The manager will monitor service quality, resolve escalations, and ensure smooth coordination with hotels, airlines, and other travel partners. Responsibilities include optimizing operational processes, managing pricing and vendor relationships, and ensuring adherence to company policies and customer service standards. The role also includes leading and coaching the operations team, tracking performance metrics, and providing analytical insights to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in International Operations and domestic travel operations, with the ability to manage complex itineraries and multi-country trips.
• Proficiency in Operations Management, including process optimization, workflow planning, and coordination with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills to interpret data, monitor KPIs, manage budgets, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Proven Customer Service focus, with the ability to handle escalations, maintain client relationships, and ensure a high-quality traveler experience.
• Effective Team Management capabilities, including coaching, performance management, and fostering a collaborative, inclusive work environment.
• Familiarity with travel industry tools (GDS/CRS, booking engines) and standard travel documentation and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work under time-sensitive conditions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications in travel or operations are an advantage.
