Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Food and Beverage Service Attendant at Hotel Narmada, located in Indore. The role involves welcoming guests, taking food and beverage orders, serving with precision, ensuring an excellent dining experience, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in service areas. The attendant will also collaborate with the kitchen staff to guarantee timely and accurate service.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Food Preparation and Food Service to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Strong Customer Service and Food & Beverage skills to provide an exceptional guest experience.
• Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Attention to detail, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Prior experience in food and beverage service or hospitality is an advantage, but not required.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations is preferred.
