Job Description
An F&B Executive (Food & Beverage Executive) is a professional responsible for managing food and beverage operations in places like hotels, restaurants, resorts, clubs, or catering companies. It’s a mid-level role that blends customer service, operations, and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations Management
- Oversee daily restaurant or banquet operations
- Ensure smooth service during breakfast, lunch, dinner, or events
- Customer Service
- Interact with guests and handle complaints professionally
- Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction
- Team Supervision
- Manage waiters, stewards, and service staff
- Train new employees and monitor performance
- Food & Beverage Quality Control
- Ensure food presentation and service standards are maintained
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely service
- Inventory & Cost Control
- Monitor stock of food, beverages, and supplies
- Reduce wastage and control costs
- Hygiene & Safety
- Ensure cleanliness as per standards (like HACCP guidelines)
- Follow food safety regulations
- Sales & Upselling
- Suggest menu items to guests
- Help increase revenue through promotions and upselling

Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality
- Experience: Usually 3 –5 years in F&B service
Work Environment
- Hotels, fine-dining restaurants, cafes, cruise ships, airlines catering
- Rotational shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays).
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
