Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time Bartender position located in Kozhikode, Kerala. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, interacting with guests to provide excellent customer service, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area, handling cash transactions accurately, and ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards. The role requires creating a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for the guests while consistently delivering high-quality beverages and hospitality.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills to engage with guests and ensure a positive dining experience
- Proficiency in bartending techniques and food & beverage knowledge for creating high-quality drinks and menu offerings
- Experience in cash handling and managing transactions efficiently and accurately
- Ability to maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to hygiene and safety protocols
- Prior experience in bartending or related roles is preferred
- Flexibility to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts as needed
- Formal bartending certification is a plus
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
