Job Title: Room Service Associate (In-Room Dining/ Cafe Rodeo/ The Krib Bar & Eatery)

Location: Hotel Apollo Grand, Guwahati

Role Overview

We are looking for a well-groomed and service-oriented Service Associate to deliver a seamless in-room dining experience for our guests. The role requires attention to detail, prompt service, and excellent communication skills to ensure guest satisfaction and comfort.

Key Responsibilities

1. Order Handling

• Take guest orders via phone politely and accurately
• Suggest menu items, combos, and upsell when appropriate
• Coordinate with the kitchen for timely preparation

2. Service Delivery

• Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms promptly
• Ensure correct order, presentation, and hygiene standards
• Set up trays/tables professionally inside guest rooms

3. Guest Interaction

• Maintain a warm, courteous, and professional attitude
• Handle guest requests, complaints, or special instructions efficiently
• Ensure privacy and respect for all guests

4. Coordination

• Work closely with kitchen and front office teams
• Follow up on delayed orders or special requests

5. Cleanliness & Hygiene

• Clear trays and trolleys from rooms and corridors
• Maintain cleanliness of service areas and equipment
• Follow all food safety and hygiene standards

Requirements

• Prior experience in hotel F&B service or room service preferred
• Good communication skills (English + Hindi; Assamese is a plus)
• Well-groomed appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
