Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Rajkot for a South Indian Chef de Partie (CDP). The South Indian CDP will be responsible for preparing and presenting authentic South Indian cuisine, managing kitchen operations, supervising junior kitchen staff, ensuring food safety compliance, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. The role requires collaboration with the kitchen team to execute daily food preparation, plating, and service in a professional hospitality environment.
