Role Description

This full-time remote role, seeks an Influencer Marketing Manager to lead and manage influencer campaigns. Key responsibilities include identifying and engaging with influencers, negotiating partnerships, building long-term relations with creators, organizing campaign timelines, and analyzing performance metrics to ensure campaign goals are met. Additionally, the manager will collaborate with various internal teams to align influencer strategies with broader marketing objectives and support business growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must follow tech creators :)
• Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and relationship building with influencers and brands.
• Sourcing: Identify and engage influencers who resonate with our target audience.
• Knowledge of social media trends, platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.), and digital marketing best practices
• Strategy Execution: Develop influencer marketing plans that align with brand goals and KPIs.
• Team Support: Work with social media and paid marketing teams for campaign synergy.
• Coordination: Cultivate and maintain relationships with influencers, agencies, and partners.
• Timeline Management: Manage campaign timelines, content creation, and deliverables.
• Quality Control: Review influencer content for brand identity and messaging alignment.
• Reporting: Use analytics tools to measure performance and generate insights.
