Job Title: Social Media Manager & Sales Coordinator
Position Overview:
We are seeking a versatile and dynamic professional to manage our social media presence, digital marketing, and provide sales support to our team.
About Us
We’re a growing shed manufacturer based in Canada, known for building premium-quality, long-lasting sheds. As more customers discover our brand, we’re looking for a driven, full-time Sales & Social Media Associate to respond quickly to inbound leads, guide prospects through the buying process, and help convert interest into closed sales. You’ll also support our brand through social media and light content creation.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media & Content Creation:
- Manage and grow our Facebook and Instagram accounts
- Create and publish engaging reels and social media content
- Take high-quality photos for marketing and promotional purposes
- Develop content calendars and maintain consistent posting schedules
- Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages
Website Management:
- Update and maintain company website
- Ensure content is current, accurate, and optimized
- Collaborate on website improvements and user experience
Sales Coordination:
- Serve as sales coordinator, supporting the sales team
- Manage and maintain CRM system
- Provide administrative support to sales representatives as needed
- Track leads, opportunities, and sales pipeline
- Generate reports and assist with sales documentation
Required Skills
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram)
- Photography and video editing skills (reels, short-form content)
- Experience with website management systems
- CRM software experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
