Mental Health Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mental Health Specialist, based in Ghaziabad. The Mental Health Specialist will be responsible for assessing and supporting employees' mental health, providing counseling services, managing cases, and implementing strategies for emotional well-being. The role involves identifying and addressing workplace stressors, facilitating group sessions, and offering crisis intervention as needed to ensure a healthy and productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Mental Health Care, Mental Health management, and providing psychological support
• Proficiency in Psychology and understanding of human behavior and mental processes
• Experience in Case Management and developing individualized care plans
• Ability to perform Crisis Intervention and address acute psychological issues with sensitivity
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
• Relevant certifications or licensure in mental health or counseling are beneficial
• Experience in workplace mental health programs and strategies is a plus
