Responsibilities

• Successfully complete the PLACE Launch training program
• Consistently apply PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly schedule
• Guide buyers through the process, obtain signed buyer agreements, and match them with appropriate properties
• Skillfully negotiate offers on behalf of both buyers and sellers
• Track and document all tasks and activities utilizing PLACE Technology
• Conduct a minimum of two open houses each month
• Convert prospecting and lead generation efforts into confirmed appointments
• Participate in weekly script rehearsals in accordance with team protocols
• Actively engage in team meetings and events as needed
• Dedicate time weekly for one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
• Work closely with sellers to secure listings and market their properties effectively
• Demonstrate expertise in pricing, staging, and other essential listing

Qualifications

• Licensed Real Estate Professional
• At least 5 closed sales or a proven strong sales track record
• Self-driven sales expert with a competitive edge
• Skilled at building rapport, actively listening, and providing tailored solutions
• Proficient in prospecting and generating leads
• Naturally adept at handling objections
