In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key customers to drive sustainable sales growth. Your main focus will be on driving value-based consultative engagements that align with customer needs and sales plans. You will need to ensure cross-functional alignment to support customer sales and decision-making processes, participate in sales pursuit strategy planning, execute product demos, assist in proposal creation, support customer negotiations, and convert orders with forecast accuracy. - Customer relationship management skills
- Experience with automation technology (DCS, PLC, SCADA, IoT, etc.)
- Industry domain knowledge in sectors like Oil & Gas, Renewables, Power, Chemicals, etc.
- Strategic planning and consultative selling experience
- Experience with CRM and SFDC tools
