As an Operations Support Coordinator you will be an integral part of a collaborative, inter-disciplinary team focused on delivering seamless services and programs to our clients and customers. What you’ll be doing:
- Provide cross‑functional administrative and operational support to multiple departments, adapting to shifting priorities and service demands.
- Prepare, maintain, and standardize documents, presentations, templates, and records to support consistent operations.
- Support intake, service routing, data entry, and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and integrity across systems.
- Coordinate and support departmental and cross‑functional projects, maintaining schedules, documentation, meeting follow‑ups, and deliverables.
- Assist with change management activities related to new tools, processes, or service enhancements.
- Analyze administrative workflows and contribute to continuous improvement through process optimization, documentation, and standardization.
- Provide coverage, onboarding support, and training to staff as work transitions across teams.
- Act as a liaison across administrative and operational teams to support communication, collaboration, and follow‑through.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience providing administrative or operational support in a multi‑department environment with shared priorities.
- Demonstrated experience supporting projects, initiatives, or change activities.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with case management or enterprise systems is an asset.
- Excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in healthcare, mental health, or human services environments is considered an asset.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment.
- High level of adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to adjust quickly to changing workloads and team needs.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships across teams.
- Broad administrative competence, including coordination, documentation, record‑keeping, and process support.
- A collaborative, service‑oriented mindset, with a commitment to supporting operational excellence and stakeholder needs.
