Urban Acres Infomediatech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and articulate Editorial Journalist to join its growing editorial team. The role requires a strong passion for journalism, research, storytelling, and industry engagement, with a focus on the urban built environment, real estate, infrastructure, architecture, and policy sectors.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong command over the English language, and preferably Marathi, along with the confidence to interact with senior industry stakeholders both on and off camera.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, develop, and write high-quality editorial stories, interviews, features, and industry reports.
• Conduct interviews with developers, architects, manufacturers, policymakers, consultants, and industry leaders.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the urban built environment ecosystem.
• Coordinate and schedule editorial interactions, meetings, and industry engagements.
• Represent the organisation professionally at events, conferences, launches, and networking platforms.
• Assist in developing content for digital, print, video, and social media platforms.
• Stay updated on trends, developments, and policy changes impacting the real estate and infrastructure sectors.
• Support editorial planning, content ideation, and special projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, English Literature, Media Studies, Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related field.
• Excellent command over English (written and verbal).
• Knowledge of Marathi will be an added advantage.
• Strong research, analytical, and storytelling abilities.
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to engage confidently with senior professionals and industry leaders.
• Strong organisational and coordination capabilities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Presentable, professional, and confident personality.
• Comfortable speaking on camera and conducting video interviews.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn about cities, infrastructure, architecture, and urban development.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with editorial, production, and social media teams.
• Prior experience in journalism, media, research, content development, or industry outreach will be preferred.

Location Preference
