Role Overview

As a Showroom Admin, you’ll be the first point of contact at our experience center and play a key role in ensuring a smooth, professional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome walk-in customers and create a great first impression
  • Manage appointments and coordinate with internal teams
  • Maintain showroom ambience and customer comfort
  • Handle documentation, records, and data entry
  • Support audits, reporting, and compliance processes
  • Coordinate with vendors (housekeeping, security, maintenance)
  • Manage pantry, stationery, and showroom supplies

Requirements

  • Graduate/Diploma (any discipline)
  • 1–4 years of experience in admin/front desk/showroom roles
  • Good communication and basic computer skills
  • Organized, dependable, and customer-focused
