Role Overview
As a Showroom Admin, you’ll be the first point of contact at our experience center and play a key role in ensuring a smooth, professional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome walk-in customers and create a great first impression
- Manage appointments and coordinate with internal teams
- Maintain showroom ambience and customer comfort
- Handle documentation, records, and data entry
- Support audits, reporting, and compliance processes
- Coordinate with vendors (housekeeping, security, maintenance)
- Manage pantry, stationery, and showroom supplies
Requirements
- Graduate/Diploma (any discipline)
- 1–4 years of experience in admin/front desk/showroom roles
- Good communication and basic computer skills
- Organized, dependable, and customer-focused
