Opportunity Overview

Home Offer 365 is expanding into commercial real estate and business acquisitions under its Equity Deals division.

We are seeking a strong Commercial Real Estate Agent / Broker to help process and monetize our inbound deal flow across multiple markets.

We generate motivated seller leads daily and need a skilled operator who can evaluate each opportunity and determine the best exit strategy:

• Direct acquisition (we buy)
• JV partnerships with investors
• Listing on the open market

This is a high-performance, deal-driven role with multiple income streams per transaction.

We have built a strong residential acquisition system producing consistent deal flow, and we are now scaling into commercial assets, including:

• Self Storage Facilities
• Warehouses
• Mobile Home Parks
• Laundromats
• Mixed-Use Properties
• Small Business Acquisitions

You will play a key role in building, structuring, and scaling this commercial division from the ground up, supported by proven systems and capital partners.

Compensation Structure

$150,000 – $250,000+ (Commission + Profit Sharing + Equity)

This is a 100% performance-based opportunity designed for high-level operators.

• No base salary (commission-driven role)

This role is designed for individuals who want unlimited income potential tied directly to performance and deal execution.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Work inbound motivated seller leads provided by the company
• Speak with property and business owners nationwide
• Underwrite and analyze commercial deals
• Structure offers (cash, JV, or listing strategy)
• Negotiate and secure contracts
• Coordinate with buyers, brokers, and internal acquisition team
• Move deals from lead → contract → closing

Who We’re Looking For

• Licensed commercial real estate agent or broker (preferred)
• OR
• Experienced sales professional with high-value transaction backgroundMust be:
• Strong communicator and negotiator
• Comfortable analyzing financials and deal structure
• Skilled at managing pipelines (CRM experience preferred)
• Entrepreneurial and performance-driven
• Focused on closing deals, not just generating conversations

This is not an entry-level role. Prior real estate or high-ticket sales experience is required.
