Job Description

As a US Immigration Paralegal at our company, your role will involve working on employment-based immigration petitions such as EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, and O-1 categories. Your responsibilities will vary based on your experience level and seniority.

  • Assist in drafting immigration petitions and supporting documentation
  • Draft and prepare petitions for EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, and O-1 cases
  • Conduct legal research and compile supporting evidence
  • Prepare case summaries, recommendation letters, and cover letters
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams for documentation
  • Maintain records and track case progress
  • Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely submission of petitions
  • Review and finalize petitions
  • Manage team workflow, allocate tasks, and monitor deadlines
  • Mentor and guide junior team members

To qualify for this role, you should have:

  • Bachelors degree (Law/Arts preferred)
  • Strong English writing and communication skills
  • Interest or experience in US Immigration law
  • Strong research and drafting skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Prior experience in EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, O-1 petitions
  • Team handling experience

It would be good to have:

  • Strong legal drafting skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup
  • Experience in reviewing work or handling case ownership
