As a Customer Support- Chat & Email at HNR Tech, you will be responsible for guiding customers through their inquiries while delivering top-tier customer service with every interaction.
Technical & Non-Technical Skills:

Responsibilities
- 100% self-learner and motivated.
- Has worked for a US-based process, preferably, for a minimum of 30 months or more.
- Extremely strong vocal & and written English communication skills.
- Preferred education background as 10+2+3 throughout English Medium.
- Must have Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and the ability to solve analytical issues.
- Ability to make independent decisions & and meet stringent deadlines.
- Analytical mind & and attention to detail.
- Adherence to quality and compliance guidelines.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and online chat tools is a plus.
- Must be dedicated, on time, and have a great ability to multitask as well as handle a large volume of incoming orders/chats/emails, within our contact center.
- Available any 5 days a week and during peak seasons such as Black Friday/Thanksgiving week.
- Experience in a high-volume environment is preferred.
Requirements
- Engage with customers via live chat, emails, responding to inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services.
- Assist customers in making purchasing decisions by understanding their needs and offering suitable recommendations.
- Process orders and manage customer interactions efficiently.
- Handle multiple chat & email conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and service quality.
- Address and resolve customer concerns or issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other team members to share insights and improve sales strategies.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as necessary.
Work Hours:
- US Shift Timing
- 5:30 pm to 2:30 am IST
- Daylight Saving: 6:30 pm to 8.30 am IST ( Any 9 hours )

- Vasai, Mumbai, Maharashtra ( Onsite )
- Headquarters located in Matunga, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
