VP Accounts & Finance | Jaipur
- Leading Real Estate Developer
- Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
- CTC: Up to 45 LPA + ESOPs + Performance Bonuses
- Day Shift | 5.5 Days Working
- Role: Vice President - Accounts & Finance
- CA Mandatory
- 1522 Years PQE
- Real Estate / Infrastructure Background
- Hands-on IND AS Implementation Experience
- Direct IPO / BSE-NSE Listing Exposure (Must Have)
- RERA Compliance & Project Accounting Experience
- Expertise in Treasury, Taxation, Capital Raising & Financial Reporting
- Experience with SPVs, JVs & Multi-Entity Structures
- Lead Financial Strategy, Governance & Compliance
- Drive IPO Readiness & Capital Market Initiatives
- Manage Project Finance, RERA & Treasury Operations
- Present to CFO, MD, Board & Audit Committees
- Lead High-Performing Finance Teams
